1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To ensure smooth service for all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 fee.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with our service, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost.

3. Damage Policy

Our team handles your home with the utmost care. However, in the rare event that accidental damage occurs during a cleaning:

  • Please report the issue to us within 24 hours of the service.

  • We will assess the situation promptly and work with you toward a fair and appropriate resolution.

  • Kimberly Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, improper item installation, or items that are unstable/broken prior to service.

4. General Terms

  • By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the terms and policies listed above.

  • Clean by Kim reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
